Noah’s Rainbow Preschool at Wesley United Methodist Church is happy to welcome your family to our preschool program. It is our mission to provide the finest in early childhood education, to prepare your child for Kindergarten and to direct attention to moral values through a well directed Christian educational program. Our daily activities include play, books, music, art experiences, Biblical lessons, reading and math readiness activities, field trips, and class visitors. We believe in the uniqueness of each child, your child, who is a gift from God to be cared for and encouraged to reach his/her potential in all aspects of life. We respect your beliefs and welcome children from all religious backgrounds: no specific doctrine will be taught.
All adults can help children grow and learn by being a model for children to mirror. Most important of all to remember is that a child’s first and most important teacher is their family.

TEACHING STAFF
All of our teachers are certified by the Pennsylvania Department of Education. Each teacher has a paid assistant. All staff members have the appropriate background clearances required by the State of Pennsylvania and The United Methodist Church. SCHOOL DISTRICTS SERVED
Our preschool is centrally located between four different school districts. We are located in the Lampeter-Strasburg School District 1/2 block east of Strasburg Elementary School. While the majority of our students are from the L-S District, we also have students from Conestoga Valley, Pequea Valley, and Solanco School Districts. We also work closely with the Lampeter-Strasburg School District and their Early Childhood Partners in Education Program. Our Pre-K teacher, Mrs. Jones, is also involved with the Success by 6 Transition to Kindergarten Program.
CLASSES OFFERED FOR 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR
The following options are still open and are taught by PA Certified Teachers:
4 Year Old (Pre-K) Class - For children who are 4 years of age by September 1. Children must be potty trained to attend. Class size for each option is limited to 15 children.
OPTION #1: A two day morning class that meets on T & TH from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Tuition for this class is $440.00 ($55.00 per month).
OPTION #2: A three day afternoon class that meets on M, W & F from 12:30 PM – 3:00 PM. Tuition for this class is $570.00 ($71.25 per month).
3 Year Old Class - For children who are 3 years of age by September 1. Children must be potty trained to attend. Class size for each option is limited to 12 children.
OPTION #1: A two day morning class that meets on M & W from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Tuition for this class is $440.00 ($55.00 per month).
OPTION #2: A two day morning class that meets on T & TH from 9:00 AM – 11:30 AM. Tuition for this class is $440.00 ($55.00 per month).
2 Year Old Class - For children who are 2 years of age by September 1. Class size is limited to 8 children.
This class meets one morning a week, on Fridays from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Tuition for this class is $260.00 ($32.50 per month).

TUITION
Tuition may be paid all at once or in 8 monthly payments (September thru April). A 5% discount is given when payment for the year is made on or before your child’s first day of school. Any payment after this time will not be eligible for the discount.

PARENT INVOLVEMENT
We WELCOME parents who would like to assist the teachers in our classrooms. Please let us know if you would be interested in lending a hand. If you have special talents, hobbies, or job skills that can be shared with our preschoolers, feel free to let the teachers know so they can schedule a visit for you to share your time and talents with the children!
